Example description. What problems are we solving?
In its current state, here are the problems I saw:
1. Inefficient Information Architecture There are too many things competing for the user's attention. As a new user, which ones do I complete first?
2. Misuse of color resulting in Banner Blindness We use a single color (dark gray) for anything that needs the user's attention, but we need to use this sparingly. The colors red, yellow, and green supposedly indicate a notice’s level of priority, but these don't mean anything to the user.
3. Non-utilization of existing components and patterns We have notices scattered in many different places around the product without clear guidelines as to what goes where.
4. Site Setup List low completion rate (I collaborated with another designer to tackle this particular issue.) With the Site Setup List's low completion rate, how can we present these tasks to the user differently?
